The link below contains all the documents you will need in conjunction with bringing your kids to Camp of the Hills for this summer's sessions. 

TO ENSURE THAT ALL CAMPERS ARRIVE AT CAMP OF THE HILLS WITH THEIR MEDICATIONS - PLEASE COLLECT ALL MEDICATIONS PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP TO CAMP OF THE HILLS. HAVE AN ADULT SPONSOR CHECK THE MEDICAL INFORMATION AND RELEASE FORM FOR ANY MEDICATIONS LISTED. IF A CAMPER HAS MEDICATIONS LISTED BUT DOES NOT HAVE THEM, CONTACT THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN FOR THE MEDICATIONS. PLACE EACH CAMPER'S MEDICATIONS IN A PLASTIC ZIPLOCK BAGGIE AND MARK THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAGGIE WITH THE CAMPER'S NAME. ALL MEDICATIONS ARE TO BE GIVEN TO THE NURSE AT CAMP OF THE HILLS UPON ARRIVAL BY THE ADULT SPONSOR. ALSO, PLEASE HAVE THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN ATTACH A COPY OF THE CAMPER'S MEDICAL AND PRESCRIPTION INSURANCE CARD TO THE MEDICAL RELEASE

If you want to bring kids to Camp of the Hills, right click on the following link and "save target as"  then print from your computer.

 We now have a new facility at camp designed to help the sponsors deal with lice removal.  You will no longer have to go elsewhere to go elsewhere to treat your kids.  You will still have to wash their clothes in town as our septic systems can’t handle the extra load.
